Central Park Praha in Prague 3 is the Czech Republic's most ambitious residential project to date, with total investment of almost 4.5 billion crowns. The sale of apartments, town houses and penthouses is proceeding apace, and of the 180 units available in the first stage, over 60 % have now been sold.
Central Park Praha will welcome its first new residents in April this year.
Central Park Praha is place for everyone
"A very broad spectrum of people is showing an interest in living in Central Park Praha. Residences are being bought by families with children, managers, foreigners, older people, young couples... Central Park Praha offers a wide variety of housing types, allowing everyone to find their dream home," says Milan Ganik, managing director of CPP Development.
The tower residences are superbly designed to provide excellent use of space, from studios of 45 m2 to spacious five-roomed apartments.
Each comfortable apartment has top-quality interior fittings: a bathroom for each bedroom, walk-in wardrobes, boiler rooms and Bulthaup fitted kitchens with Siemens appliances, air conditioning and the possibility of installing an i-Home system for electronic home management.
All the tower residences have their own spacious balconies which run all the way around the outside of the apartment.
The top floors of the towers provide an ideal space for luxury penthouses, which offer a unique panoramic view of the Old Town and Prague Castle.
The attractive town houses have also proved popular. They allow city-dwellers to fulfil their dream of living comfortably in the centre while at the same time enjoying the advantages of a house surrounded by greenery.
Opportunities like this to live within easy reach of the city centre are now extremely scarce on the Prague residential property market.
The town houses provide a total feeling of privacy, and are immediately adjacent to the development's private park.
This goes right up to the outer walls of the town houses, which are covered in a carpet of grass.
What offers Central Park Praha
A unique project, which will see the creation of a new residential district, Central Park Praha, is currently under development at the junction of Žižkov and Vinohrady right next to Parukářka Park.
The hybrid nature of the Central Park Praha project combines landscaping with architecture, residence and townhouse features, and the privacy of living in a residence with comforts and services that rival the finest hotels.
This project offers a range of services which no other property in the Czech Republic can: from cleaning and maintenance to car washing services, food and medicine delivery, events for children, walking household pets, translation services and assistance in dealings with local authorities.
The elaborate urban concept is a combination of towers and townhouses, situated on a slope around a new private park.
The project also features a luxury sports and wellness club with a swimming pool, tennis courts and a wide range of fitness studios, along with facilities for children. A green bank naturally closes off the entire area from unwelcome guests.
