HOCHTIEF Development Czech Republic has now launched a new website. Under www.hochtief-development.cz, the subsidiary of HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung provides topical information, among others on its projects in Prague.
Three important projects in Prague
"We have grown vigorously on the Czech market in last two years. The time is ripe now for our own Internet presence", says Peter Noack, Managing Director of HOCHTIEF Development Czech Republic.
His company is currently realizing as many as three important projects in Prague: the office complexes Kavčí Hory Office Park and Trianon on Budějovické náměstí in Prague 4, as well as the logistics complex Cargoport in Dobrovíz near the Czech capital.
The new website presents these project developments and delivers extensive information about the company, plus references and news about the most recent developments. Noack considers the new Internet presence a logical step:
"Project development today is multi-media based and international and our clients often look for new space on the Internet first. We want to be represented in this medium and show our strengths." The website has a Czech and an English version.
Projects of HOCHTIEF Development Czech Republic
HOCHTIEF Development Czech Republic (formerly HTP ČR) is part of HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung and has been operating in the Czech Republic since 1997. In the second year of its existence, the company commenced the development of the first office project in Prague, Hadovka Office Park.
This was followed in 2000 by the development of further office premises as part of the Technopark Pekařská project in Prague 5. Both projects were purchased by Europolis. HOCHTIEF Development Czech Republic is currently implementing further projects involving total investment of approx.
EUR 200 million, namely Trianon on Budějovické náměstí in Prague 4 where the investor is Union Investment Real Estate AG, Kavčí Hory Office Park on which construction is already underway, and the Cargoport logistics complex in Dobrovíz.
HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung has been developing, realizing and marketing real estate properties in Germany and abroad since 1991. The company concentrates on office premises, hotel and special-purpose properties in downtown locations and areas within easy reach of city centers.
In these segments, it is considered Germany's leading inner-city developer. New product market segments are retail properties, distribution centers and nursing care facilities. Another focus is on the development of urban quarters. The company always sets itself the goal of selling the properties it develops to a final investor as swiftly as possible.
It does not seek to build up any property portfolio of its own. Further information is available at www.hochtief-projectdevelopment.com.
