Development company CODECO invites the public to visit its show flat in the KOLOVRÁTEK project which is located in the city district of Kolovraty in Prague 10. Three low-rise buildings with gabled roofs sensitively connect with the existing Kolovraty residential development, providing pleasant family living in a quiet location close to the countryside.
Viewing of apartments
From October of this year visitors will have the opportunity of viewing a completed show flat and acquainting themselves with the standards on offer.
The three-room apartment (3+kk) with a utility room and front garden is equipped with an atypical kitchen unit with Miele appliances and other furniture by Česká interiérová společnost (Czech interior design company) which offer clients interesting discounts.
Little by little it will also be possible to visit the other apartments which general contractor ČKD Praha DIZ is intensively working on at present. "We would like to complete the entire project at the end of this year," said Martin Jan, sales director at CODECO.
"During the planning stages, in addition to high demands in relation to the functionality of the interior layout, we also emphasised cutting energy costs for the future.
The result is that when the overall heating-insulation capability was evaluated, primarily in the case of the façades, windows, doors, roofs and floor, the KOLOVRÁTEK project achieved building envelope energy rating B. This means it´s an energy saving building," specified Mr. Jan.
The KOLOVRÁTEK project
The KOLOVRÁTEK project is a development comprising 43 residential units ranging in size from 1+kk (studio flats - one room and a kitchenette) to 4+kk flats (four rooms and a kitchenette), a number of which are maisonettes.
The interior layout of the apartments is primarily designed with emphasis on use of space and sufficient storage space. Each apartment has at least one balcony; some have large gardens on an area of up to 200 sq m.
The majority of apartments have a closet and the larger apartments have two bathrooms. Traditional building materials will be used in the development such as brick partitioning and wooden EURO windows.
Non-residential premises are also available on the ground floor on an area of 101 sq m which can be used, for instance, as a shop with sample materials, an office or a doctor's or veterinary surgery.
Some parking spaces will be provided in the basement of one of the buildings and there will also be an outdoor car park. Each apartment will be allocated at least one parking space.
