Skanska Property Czech Republic announces its leasing start of the office building formerly known as Vysočanská brána in Prague. With the new ownership comes a new name Balabenka, based on the local name of the site where the building is located.
The consultancy firm King Sturge was appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for office and retail space in the building.
At the end of last year , Skanska Property acquired the office building with retail areas from ORCO. The building is strategically located on the boundary of Prague 8 - Karlín and Prague 9 - Vysočany, on the corner of Sokolovská and Českomoravská streets.
The total leasable area of the building is 13,000 m2 of which 10,500 m2 is A-class office space and 2,500 m2 retail space. The building has an underground car park with a capacity of 158 parking spaces.
