Skanska Property Czech Republic, has signed a lease agreement with W.A.G. minerální paliva, a.s., in the new office building Vysehrad Victoria Building in Prague 4. W.A.G. will lease 525 sqm of office space and 120 sqm of private terrace and will move the present headquarters to the entire 5th floor in August 2008.
W.A.G. minerální paliva is thereby the second significant tenant in the Vyšehrad Victoria Bulding after OMV Česká republika.

Knight Frank and DTZ Zadelhoff Tie Leung is managing the leasing in cooperation with the property developer Skanska.The total investment costs is estimated to 360 million CZK. The completion date is planned for the second quarter of 2008.
